No returns allowed on any item. We do not accept refunds for change of mind. Refund are at the discretion of Universal Love Co, except for if flaws in workmanship are found.
We take upmost care when it comes to packing your orders. In the event that your product is damaged please contact us at universalloveco@outlook.com.
If the product is damaged in any way, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item/s please include your order number for reference and photos.
Once we have received your image we will inspect it and process your refund if deemed damaged. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
Only full priced items may be refunded, sales items cannot be refunded unfortunately.
